Deepfreezed desktop background?

I was reading through there and there are some different options that people are suggesting for your same problem.

 

tried everything in that link, doesn't work everytime i refresh the desktop its always grey on the label of the desktop icons.

 

Stop going to internet cafes

 

LoL can't my desktop has no internet connection, tech probs with the stupid ISP.

 

The extreme way to handle it is install windows on a flash drive and boot from that.
