Deity bug list (I can update this as I find more)

There's quite a few bugs with this. I'll list them off as I find them.

A related bug, but not directly involved with the buff itself is Abyssal Verdict. This skill has a delay effect to it, but upon using this skill, there is no damage from it in the combat log at all, from the person it was used on OR the person that used it.

1. The deity buff itself doesnt increase movement speed. Also, doesn't resist altered states at all like it says.

2. Upon using the buff, My MP always comes completely drained. I have to sit for 3-4 minutes just to regain mana to do anything with it.

3. When the buff is used on a player, sometimes it doesn't register it on the opposing faction.

Example: today I used Deity in terminon, then went to western shard to PVP. Upon me zoning into western shard, I still had the buff on my client, but according to the asmodians/GM Haarhus, I did not. I still had the additional HP/MP and was able to use skills, but the buff itself was like it was never on my character.
