    so i got ''unable to find version of the runtime to run this application'' mssge when i click on gamez launcher.was tried re-installing gamez launcher but its still the same >.

    You prolly installed gamez launcher at the wrong directory , make sure its c:/programs files/ncsoft/aioneu
