This was the appeal I filed for Merar's Templar, Bud. LOL! Look closely and see how wrong the ban is.

Look at the time and look how far he is from the Obelisk.

Proof #3:


Look at the time in the video and look closely where he was. Time gap: 6seconds. This was the time when he was already running away from the Obelisk.

After that he was never seen again in the video. So how can they tell he was Obelisk Camping?

I think because they were offline when the punishment was being given, their account got banned instead of getting jailed. You were online so they brought your character in jail but those who were off like Chris and Merar, their accounts got banned. But it's weird, though. Blakte said he was online and then got disconnected then when he tried to log-in, it says can't log-in through the IP (22). Meaning he got banned. So I don't know

 

I saw my name once ,throwing a gale arrow meters away from the obelisk . Am i have to make a ban appeal? asking em to show some mercy ? telling em that i haven't done anything ? Of course i wont and i have to deal with it since am not willing to explain what is in the video.I do connect in this server every single day for 2 years and yea 24hours seems too much if you consider that they were temp banning ppl for duping.

 

Merar doesn't care much about it but I do. And I demand an apology once everything was proven wrong. You guys deserve it. At least once in awhile, they accept their mistake and deal with it and not just move on without making up with the people they put through annoyance and trouble.

Asking them for thorough investigation, accept their mistake once proven that their judgment was wrong and demand for an apology for what they did doesn't make me a lifeless woman. I was out of town for a week and when I got back last night this is what surprised me. Yes, I maybe lifeless then (for spending a week away without Aion, working at the beach, that sure was lifeless LOL *sarcasm).

I was pushing the appeal not just to have your accounts un-banned but to get what each and everyone of you truly deserves ~ an apology - for causing you guys trouble, for messing your ban sheets and for ruining a supposedly good Sunday for the legion and for yourself to spend it playing with friends. Again, it is not about just getting un-banned but for the rest of you to get what you all deserve ~ an apology. Acceptance that they did a mistake. Something that it seems hard for the staffs around here. I bet they will just let this pass and pretend nothing happened... How cruel.
