Deleted Kakao cash in the pearl shop.

Long story short today I purchased some more cash via donate, it added 16,000 and change cash to the 21,000 in change i already had on the website, giving me 38,000 or so cash on the website.
When in game i had the 21,000 cash and upon hitting refresh (trying to add the 16,000 cash) onto it, it deleted my 21,000 cash and now Im stuck with the 16,000 cash instead of what should have been 38,000 cash.

It was done at 11:30PM pacific,
