deleting everything in the game

    i signed up for the game 2018.Then I had to quit when schools opened.then i decided to start the game.But when I entered the game I saw the all my characters were deleted and all my stuff.I want to play the game.I want this problem resolved.Can this error be solved ? Thank you !

    There was an EU server added to the game. Make sure when logging in and selecting the server, you are in the NA server list, because the characters do not span both servers.

    Are you absolutely sure you started in 2018? I ask because gamezbd left beta and launched on Oct 4th 2017. If you started before that date, it would explain why everything is gone, because everyone started fresh at that time. If you're sure it was after that, i'd suggest contacting @Carl @Kolka or @Noyah
