Dellalont & Eggther fused together and unable to interact​

Bug Description:

Dellalont and Eggther are occupying the same space in Altgard, and when trying to interact with them the message "You're too far to have a conversation" appears and doesn't allow you to continue their quests.
They're also in the wrong place, a bit further to the east.​

How to reproduce/proof:

go to Altgard and find Dellalont or Eggther​

Is there any work around for this? Im blocked from being able to do story quests too

 

This prevents advancement to complete the campaigns as well as get permission to go to the Secret Library because we cannot complete Suthrans quest line. This will keep other campaign quests from being completed as well down the road. The quests given by Scoda, like Prophecy from Ancient Times and Lugbug. They cannot be completed due to no access to the Secret Library. All due to not being able to talk to Dellalont. You cannot speak to the contact.
