Did not receive Pearl items

    Hey I bought a tent yesterday and never recieved it can i get some help please?

    Have you checked your pearl inventory on the character which you purchase the tent? Did your pearls got deducted after purchasing?

    There is no way you purchased the tent and did not receive it, take a look again.

    I actually did check my inventory and I did not have it in my pearl area, but I did have my pearls deducted I am not sure why it happened but is there anyway you can look into it?

    Check the the icon on the top left if the tent is already opened. Other than that don't know how could that be, never had any issue purchasing pearls on this server
