Did not receive pearls from F3, but webshop cash was taken.

As the title says. I used my code to for webshop cash then attempted to buy pearls in-game with the gamez cash. At first it wouldn't let me cuz it said i didn't have enough space. I attempted to buy 5 pearl boxes in total. Regular Inventory had more than enough space for 5. Pearl inventory had 3 slots left, so i sold 2 coupons to make enough room for 5 slots. I tried again, went through the purchase windows(quantity,confirmation) and everything. I've looked over both inventories, warehouse, mail, alts, black spirit gifts, EVERYWHERE. No pearls and all of my cash taken. I have screenshots to show that I did purchase gamez cash. However I would prefer not to post screenshots(regardless of important info being blocked out) on the forums for everyone to see.
