didn't get quest from Bartali

    the quest help bar tell me to go to Bartali

    but when i talk to bartali i didn't get any quest...

    This is not a bug, your Amity with Igor Bartali is 0 means he does not like you, talk with other npcs first like Islin bartali http://bddatabase.net/us/npc/40001/ to activate quests from Igor Bartali

    Igor Bartali works fine.
