I wanted to make a quick tutorial to help you understand how people make them, in three easy steps

Let's start
1.Open up PS and open a new document, a small one. Click on the brush tool.

2.Click on F5. The brush settings window should pop up.
3.Use the following settings:

(You can always change the spacing to your likings, I put mine at 350percent).
And start brushing!
Quick and easy.
