Direct X problem

So.. i need help.Every time i start gamez aion launcher,an error popout that i need to update my directx from www.aion.com or something.So is it like a launcher error or i really need to update directx. tnx

well its not exactly updating, u need directx 9.0c which is kinda old
Download DirectX 9.0c (Jun 10) - Download - FileHippo.com
extract, run dxsetup.exe, restart ur pc when done

if that doesnt fix it then its caused by the downgrade coz of the dll files in the bin32 folder coming from another operating system. in that case delete ur bin32 folder and replace it with the 2nd version of the downgrade (it says it there that its used specifically for fixing the directx error)
