Disappeared character!!!​

Bug Description:

I had 4 characters in the game. I was in the city of Hidele on one of them, I decided to change the character and start gathering (at this moment there were 4 of them), after the energy ran out and I decided to choose another character - it suddenly turned out that they became 3. I did not delete the character and could not do it, because I was all the time in the game, and not in the selection menu or something else, also there were enchant fail stacks on the character that was disappeared, which are no longer there.​

How to reproduce/proof:
The solution was to change the channel to another from Arsha.
