Bug Description:

2 NPCs required to achieve Serendia's Knowledge tab are not reachable ( invisible ? gone through the floor ? not implemented ? idk )

( this one is a moving NPC, following a specific pattern )

both NPCs are not available ingame and so completely block furthermore the achievement of Serendia's Characters knowledge​

Thanks for report, Occlein will be returned on monday evening 855 update.
Anon is possible to catch, but due to our waypoints system not perfect he can run not by retail waypoint.

 

The npc named Anon AKA Brave Boy can be found but he runs and you can't even talk to the npc at all and when you follow him while he's running he goes underground and pass through walls.

Also Brave boy "Anon" NPC is not following the road at all he just runs straight line in retail he follows the road but this one is just going on a straight line.

 

I saw the same. I was following him just in case he will stop and I will be able to talk with him. But once he reached Northwestern Gateway, he stopped for a brief duration (still couldn't interact) and when he started moving again, he suddenly disappeared out of my sight and couldn't follow him anymore. I see the posts were made around 2 months ago, so are there any changes planned? Because I am still camping the same spot where Anon stopped once but I haven't seen him after that time anymore.

Those npc glitches are quite important because it doesn't let you play/enjoy the game. Some might say it is pvp server due to all the rates etc, but for me - achieving all knowledge, completing all quests is way greater achievement than let's say getting PEN gear set.
