Disbanding guild problem and Delete Character Issue

Hello, someone invited me randomly for a legion i didnt know what it was about and i accepted, then this person mad me brigade general i went to check in and now basically im the only member and i dont want to be in this legion, i went to the legion manager to disband but it said i already requested it for it to disband, how long does it take for the legion tag disappear from my character?

i click disband and this keeps showing but if i relog the legion is still there:


I posted this in the wrong thread too, someone told me I have to pass the guild to someone else and then pass the BG, I tried to do that it didn't work either, the person refuses and for the other person it won't even show if he can accept or refuse it refuses automatically.

Do I wait the 24H for the guild to disband or this is a bug and I will keep on this guild? I am having a problem too I created a character and now I try to delete and it won't show that the character will be deleted.
