Disconnect problem

Hello GM I have a problem when I log in on my character after few minutes I get dc and I don't know why can you help me to fix it? (I will glad thank you)

 

If you're using a Ping reducer, they disconnect you every 20 minutes.

Other than that only reason you could be disconnecting often is due to your Internet connection failing. I've been online for several hours without any problems.

 

Also, if you get automatically disconnected (and what I mean by this is more of client crash, something like THIS) right after logging in your character then you are most likely stuck. Make an Unstuck Request on our website (http://www.gamezaion.com). Log in your account and on the User Control Panel (left side) you will see "Player Unstuck Request". You will have to wait for server restart for it to take effect.

 

Not every ping reducer disconnects you every 20 minutes and you should know that.

Also that auto-disconnect happens if you use the .bat launcher, my guess is they enabled the dinamic ip again which is only supported by the .exe launcher

 

First of all thank you guyz aion master my connection is high isn't the problem I don't know your client doing me many problems other client didn't do the same.

How am I supposed to know if he uses one or not? There is a chance he does and he doesn't know it disconnects. It's called guessing.

@Thread; Unless you are being disconnected right after you log in, I hardly doubt it's a stuck character. Nevertheless, give it a try. =)

 

Pff it's not always the ping reducer guys.

He did state he disconnects "a few mins" after logging doesn't exactly sound like under 20 minutes But with the lack of detail he stated who would knows? He should atlease be more specific on the times and if he is using a free trial ping reducer program or what ever as this can help us understand the issue more.

If your disconnecting as soon as you log in to game or a few mins and not every exact at 20 minutes I suggest being specific on the times 10 mins or 15 or 5 or what ever then I'm afraid it's probably your internet speed. I have had some slow internet speed before and I can manage to log in for a few mins then I disconnect from the server.

Turn your modern router off for about 10 seconds then turn it back on this should refresh your internet and speed it up again.

 

Jensen do you know how my computer looks like when he do the problem and I repair my self new 5 minutes even less cause then I have flashing lights like something weird with my screen and I still don't get it well I'll try my best for repair that.

 

o.o flashing lights on your computer screen? Is this with Aion only? If not then It's most likely a fault wire in your computer screen causing the flashes on your screen this isn't game/aion related in anyway more off a computer issue.

and if the issue is with aion only, I wouldn't have a famous idea what is causing the issue as I have never herd off a flashing screen ( on aion ). My Best bet would be to repair your client but as I said it's most likely your computer screen not aion.
