    Ok,I have the same problem,but maybe its just new update it will fix but i have another prob,when i log in and start mine character it dont shows mine character picture freezes and sends me Send log and this shit OTCBuiltClient32_woGG

    It was working sort-of fine before. I could log-in, but I couldn't see my character image. But now, when I input my username and password, it says "Disconnected from the Server." What do I do? :c

    I could log in with old item pack and but I get dc after few minutes but now when I removed the old item pack and extract a new one I cant even log in, I get the dc message and screen freezes

    Alright, let's take a break guys. All of us, me included, have been getting this error. Here's a few suggestions for you guys:

    *Try to disable your antivirus software(s) and firewall. I did this and could log in for a while. This helped me when I tried to log in and client just stood there not doing anything.

    *Try to repair your client. This also means, delete the USA/items folder and make sure you have the original items.pak in the data/items folder. This might help you since there seems to be a lot of issues with the items.pak versions.

    *Some people had the 2.7 items.pak when logging in and now are stuck because they either went to a main city or to a house map. Try sending a player unstuck request.

    Alente isn't replying, which would mean he is looking into these problems thoroughly, trust me.

    For now, let's try and set up a list of known issues, I guess in this thread since it's already got a few pages now. Include as much detail as you can from the problem and make sure you're not reporting something that has already been reported, this way we can have as much information as possible.

    Here, let me start I guess:

    After 3.0 patch, I've had to disable my firewall to log on. A few minutes after logging in, I eventually get either send log error or a graphics problem, where the game turns into basic color pixels. When I logged in the last time, I got a GFX meltdown and seconds later a send log error. Now, whenever I try logging in, it will just say "you have been disconnected from server".

    I am using a clean installation as far as I can tell, and tried running client with no other unnecesary programs running, Antivirus Software included. My OS is WinXP SP3, using Eset Smart Security 5 as Antivirus.


    Let's not panic, and let's just be patient. Alente has been up for over a day now and I got a feeling his day is not coming to an end any time soon. If you think not being able to play is a problem, you don't want to know what he might be going through at the moment =P

    strange thing is i get the same prob now but this morning it was working fine o_O :S soo it wont hellp if u repair ur client..

    have the same problem, sure it's a server problem, because I was playing yesterday without problems. Also want to talk about items.pak. I have windows xp sp3, and none of the 4 versions works, proving the 2 methods, you have thought about creating a work items.pak that works for xp sp3 users?
