Solved Disconnecting Problem

Why is that in game I am always gets disconnected even if i have a good internet connection ? And when I logged in it says that I am already logged in even if I play at hope and only I knows my Username and Password.

 

Let's take things from the beginning.
What is the exact message that you get when trying to log in? I don't mean "You are already logged in", other than that, is there any other message or does it let you login after that?

 

well after i clicked ok. I entered it again and it lets me in. but after a few minutes. It just disconnected me from server then I have to enter again my username and password. And the same thing happened over and over again.

 

What is the message that pops up when you get disconnected? The typical "you are disconnected from the game server" or something else?
Also have you noticed that happening when you perform a specific action, for example when you open a window or try to buy something, or does it happen randomly even if you're not doing anything?

 

Yes thats the same message.. well it just suddenly appear the disconnection message , and I have to log in again.. Well during in RvR a moment ago I got disconnected and some in Two Gods,, then while I was talking to a friend. and walking around,, that message keeps bugging me, and have to log in again.

 

I would advise you to change your password as soon as possible. If it happens while you're not playing, and it happens a lot, it might mean that somebody is trying to log in on your account, since when that happens you get disconnected.
