Discord Server Rules

GamezAION Discord Community is a place to receive support, updates, and connect with the rest of the GamezAION community.
Joining the GamezAION Discord entails that every member must abide by the rules below:

Progressive Time Outs/ Bans:

1. Respect the Community
All members of the GamezAION Community must treat all members with respect.
Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, and personal attacks towards other players or GamezAION Staff & Administration will not be tolerated.

• Ban/Time Out Progression
  • 1st Offense: 12 Hour Time Out
  • 2nd Offense: 3 Day Time Out
  • 3rd Offense: 7 Day Time Out
  • 4th Offense: Permanent Ban

2. Toxic Behavior
Intentionally provoking or baiting others into arguments or excessive flaming is not allowed. Friendly/competitive banter is allowed, but toxic behavior/provocative language is not.

• Ban/Time Out Progression
  • 1st Offense: 3 Day Time Out
  • 2nd Offense: 7 Day Time Out
  • 3rd Offense: Permanent Ban

3. Spamming/ Flooding Channels
Do not spam messages, emojis, caps, or similar content in any channel.

• Ban/Time Out Progression
  • 1st Offense: Staff Warning
  • 2nd Offense: 30 Minute Time Out
  • 3rd Offense: 12 Hour Time Out
  • 4th Offense: 1 Day Time Out
  • 5th Offense: 3 Day Time Out
  • 6th Offense: 7 Day Time Out
  • 7th Offense: Permanent Ban

Permanent Bans:

1. Advertising
Promoting other Private Servers, games, or other Discord Servers without Staff permission is not allowed.

• Ban/Time Out Progression
  • 1st Offense: Permanent Ban

2. Doxxing/ Sharing Personal Information
Sharing or threatening to share someone's personal or private information is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Real Name/ Address/ Phone Number (Personal Identifiable Information)
• Personal Social Media Accounts
• Workplace/ School
• IP Address
• Private Photos or messages

Posting any of the information above to harass a member of the community is not tolerated.

• Ban/ Time Out Progression
  • 1st Offense: Permanent Ban

3. NSFW Content
Explicit or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

• Ban/Time Out Progression
  • 1st Offense: Permanent Ban

4. Cheats/ Exploit Promotion
Discussion, promotion, or sharing of cheats, bots, exploits, or illegal tools is not allowed.

• Ban/Time Out Progression
  • 1st Offense: Permanent Ban

5. Impersonation
Pretending to be GamezAION Staff, Administrators, or other players is strictly prohibited.

• Ban/Time Out Progression
  • 1st Offense: Permanent Ban

6. Support Requests/ Bug Reports/ Player Reports
While it's fine to tag staff members for support, we encourage players to send a direct message to any staff member for help or to ask the rest of the community.

If you are reporting a player, send a report through our Player Reports in the Forum.
If you are reporting a bug, post the details through the Aion Bug Report Section in the Forum.
If the bug you are reporting is game-breaking, directly message any Senior Staff Member.
Staff members will delete any report posted and contact you with questions.

7. Channel Languages
Use the designated language of each channel. If a specific language is not yet added, you may request it to be added.

8. Staff Discretion:

• Staff members may exercise discretion when imposing progressive bans/time-outs based on the severity of the violation.
