    bottom line is... if you want full 24/7 GM support go play on the retail servers. this is a PRIVATE SERVER! it's not supposed to have the same service as the retail servers since it's on a more limited budget PLUS it's not really legit. now if some people are gonna complain about "oh i donated a lot of money i should be getting the service i deserve!" the keyword there is "donate" meaning you did it voluntarily and nobody forced you to do it. i donate to the server too but i don't complain. i know the downsides of playing in a private server. i just cuss the sh*t out of it coz that's all i can do! :p

    I've found that p.servs have better GM support than retail Aion servers lol.

    Someone let me know how the transition to 2.1 goes, the server I'm on now it went rather smoothly, and the couple of errors that came with it were already mostly dealt with..
