Donate fail!!

Donated by phone sms and call for 3 Times, and I got the message: "We are sorry, this kind of service has not been found. This service is either not active yet, either you have mistaped." (translated from Romania), but all my money are gone. >.<

I used send sms to **** with the text FOR. But it doesn't work. I donated 1 time with the FortuMo (174 creds, none stocked (got 1 eur away), then 348 credits (2.47 euro away) and last I've tried with the DaoPay payment by phone, and that worked, but only 100 credits stocked, and I needed about 600 from donations. Wtf?!? I demand help fast please..

 

There's not really much that we can do.

You'd need to contact the method you used to donate and find out whats going on with the lack of credits.
