Donate problem

Ive been donate on 26 May 2013, but my account havent credited
ive trying to send email to [email protected] but there no replies until now.
ive waiting for 40 H, but my acc not credited until now

please help.. thx

It will be good to know which donation method you used? Sometimes it might take up to 48 hours to receive your credits since all donation methods are not instant ones. If you don't receive your credits in this interval, then there must be something wrong with it and you would have to mail [email protected], which you did kinda early..

 

You kind of didn't check whether the money was taken out of your account yet, that is the most important one, since sometimes it is not held up because of gamez but because it is on hold/investigated by the organization you are paying from. The first donation usually takes the longest (yes, up to 2 days). The next ones usually complete within a few minutes.

 

Nope, it doesn't really complete within a few minutes? I remember donating twice, one was instant but I had to wait for like 1 day for the next one lol..

 

Guess it depends on the donation method, a lot of people reported the other way around, that their first time it took long, but after that all their donations were done within 5 minutes or so.

 

Yeah, it depends on donation method I guess, I only use visa card donation lol...since I don't have anything else to donate with? and steal it from my dad lol. As far as I remember you receive credits instantly by donating card, but looks like there were some problems that time when I donated the second time.

 

There also tend to be problems when too many people start getting refunds, that is when they start investigating cash flows to the target account.

Remember at one point they actually froze carl's paypal account because of those.

First donation usually takes longer. Further ones should be faster. (They are for me)
