    I just tested. No, you don't have to create Super Rewards account in order to donate using your mobile phone.

    There are two options:
    1. Call to a certain number (there are different numbers, depends on the country) and hold. Depends on how much you wish to donate.
    2. Insert your phone number for X amount of money and you will recieve SMS, once you insert the code you recieved you will be charged.
