Donated $50 through paypal still no Credits?

    Ok I just donated $50 dollars through Paypal. I have the transaction number reciept and everything but still no credits. In the past when i did the credits showed up right away and i've used the service 4 times already and it never failed except for last night. Who should I speak to or show proof to? I've also put a dispute on Paypal still waiting on a reply..
