Donation by boku(sms) - peru

Hi there, i know the donation issues is problem from those servers, but maybe someone can help me just let me know . i use to donate by SMS using "Superewards", with Boku sms's. recently i charged my phone with 150 nuevos soles(70$), trying to get my set acd by donation, my problem is i send the sms to Boku and i should recieve a code to confirm my donation but i don't recieve anything, anyway my charge from the phone decrease either. I don't know if this is a problem of my phone company or Boku company. I've done donations by this way before without problems.

If someone know something about the theme please help me

I had this problem before, sadly I don't think this could be fixed.

uh oh thank u guys, finally i got another way to donate by sms, but it only let me do it seven times, after that the option dissapear :S i guess for 24 hours...

 

Well, I do donate thru Boku and sometimes I get the 1st SMS and then i reply, I got no answer back and my cellphone's credit is gone, still I didn't get any tolls and i lost lot of credit cuz of that :3
