Donation issue. [PAYPAL]

Hello. I've donated 10 euro, and 0,76x2. The problem is I still haven't received my credits. Does your donation system have a sort of delay before adding credits when you donate using paypal? Cause I donated using a paysafe card and everything went right.

A quick answer would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you used Paypal then you would have used the Payment Wall feature.

If your credits haven't arrived within two hours of donating then you will need to contact PW (there's a link to their support page on our PW page)

Missing credits mean they're holding your funds - this tends to happen when you're a new donor especially as their fraud checks pick you up. Just contact them and they'll sort it out =)
