Donation issue

Donated sunday, 25th of december 36 euro(5650 credits or whatever), but because iDeal was missing from the paymentwall options i chose bank transfer, and because my bank was not available on the list i just went on my bank website and used the info provided including the description number provided to pay it. its been 2 days, i made an inquiry and a petition but still i didnt get my credits. i need them for christmas shop (veille etc) not regular items. i have a ss from my bank page as proof of payment ( its already uploaded on the msising credits petition). what can i do to get them faster so i dont miss the christmas shop ?

 

well good news for u is when u donate with real money, u can get special items at any time (even when the special shop isnt around) just by emailing carl ur proof and the items ud like
