Donation items lost

I bought Masta leather pauldron

remodle eveyrthing was fine,


2h later i got dced and all my inventory was full of junk i used to extract. Only item wasnt there was my mast leather pauldron.

I appreciate if i can get the item back. I do not have any ss because this was definetly unexpected..

but my purchase history.

i lost the mastra spear-> because i was stupid and did armfusion when bugged so i didnt report it, but this .... i never thought it would happen. please help me out here.

Oh boy, even donated items are not safe these days.

 

is the sever side fault, at least a refund should be issued. i am afriad i dont have ss and GM going to ignore my post. But they can check their database to see all trades or watever.

This is getting out of control. This server needs a fix or else many players will lose their items one by one. Lose items means lose players, and that includes donator, since this thread proves that even donators aren't safe from these problems.

 

If this will not be fixed soon, this game will hault. Donators are the only ones who fueled this game.

 

and this....is why i never donated in the first place....

I donate alot :never had a problem ....
so i never saw they helped a donator , so i consider this a test
if they don't help you they wont help me to with future problems.
And if they don't help people: not only donators !!(non hackers) :so then whats the point of donating in the first place??
