Donation items lost

yeah this donation thingy is bullshit.. i donated thru social gold - pay pal and Dao Pay and its been a month and none of them was added to my account.. ive been pm'ing Carl or Karissa and guess what? STILL NO REPLY! sigh..

Ok your BEST shot, is to send a PM to the SeniorGMs, the HGM or Alente, and hope they get back to you. As just a regular GM, I don't have the power to replace items (not enough access). However the SAM, HGM or Alente can resolve your issue for you, so those are the best people to contact.

Making a thread is ok, but you arent guaranteed that the people you need to see it will see it unless you send them a PM.

OMGGGGGGGG!!my remodeled mastarius plate pouldron was gone too..i remodeled it on my EGT pouldrons a while ago..and when i got disconnected,my EGT pouldrons was back to original model..
i have no SS at all...this game really suck..
first my mastarius longbow when i fuse it with my ABG longbow then after a few minutes i got DC and the effect of mastarius bow with my ABG was gone..
and now remodeling parts,when i remodeled my EGT pouldrons with mastarius plate pouldrons,after a few minutes and got disconnect,my EGT pouldrons was back to its original model..

DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
