Donation not credited with points

Hello,
i have made a few donation before without any problems. But this time, i tryout the click and buy options (thinking that 25$ gives 2600+ credits wrong interpretation) however my problem is, my credit card is charged however it stucks in the click and buy page. After waiting for a long time my browser crash, my gamezaion account is still not effected with my credit points here.

its kindda sad since i want to buy ABG item real fast... i just wanna know what i should do now!!!

is that an administrator should respond, but this problem is already with the bank happened to me the same thing and just have to wait 24 hours to give you an confirmation of funds and blah blah blah this is a matter of the bank so do not worry to me the same thing happened the next day and had my credit avarage
