Donation Problem, Need Help From GM

This is what I just got after donating 25$, I wanted to donate another 50$ but it gave this "On Hold" payment.

Please help, I don't want to give away my personal informations, my paypal is verified and I also did this documents submitting to paypal company already.

give it about 4 days, thats how long it took me. minus weekends..so.. 6days? xD they need to like delete payment wall and get something else. If u want credits like right now i suggest only using super rewards.

Please sir, need GM help again, the paymentwall shows my payment is on hold again... and it's taking more than 14 hours now.

I am planning to donate more money for my gears but have this problem everytime I donated,

I made 2 payments 50$ & 10$ respectively to Super Reward too, both payments got refunded without any reason at all.

So I need support and advice what to do about this. I quit playing on retails because it's much time consuming and now I want to spend some money and have fun pvp on this server. However, I am having this payment problem.

Please advise what to do about it,

Note: the payment I made on 12/02/11 amount 25$ for my brother account... it was credited some hours after I posted for help here even if the paymentwall has shown the On Hold. But I want to post for help to solve this on hold problem again so I can make more donation. I need more credits for my toon.

 

There is nothing that we as GM's or even Server Admin can do about this.

It is on hold by Payment wallet itself and is under-investigation by them. They may require proof of id, ect in order to release the funds as well as all relevant information pertaining to the payment, receipts ect.
