    Hello, I've paid via PayOp card, my money was taken but cash wasn't received, also it says on the history tab :
    09-06-2020 PayOp Error

    Something extremely weird is that the payment doesn't show anywhere, not even my bank can see it...

    The only thing I have is that on the gamez site it shows as error.

    Solved, the money was blocked by my bank cause they thought it was a sketchy site
