Donation Problems!,

i dont know if im on the right section to post this, but i need some answers to the High Administration with regards to my problem. yesterday i donated $24.26 which give me CREDIT POINTS of 2500 in SUPER REWARDS which i did 2 times its because the 1st thing i did it i didn't give me the CREDITS after donating. so after doing all those things second time around on the same day yesterday unfortunately nothing happen i filled up all the necessary things that i need to filled up. and check my credits and didn't add CREDITS AT ALL, so i didnt bother waiting coz i was thinking it didnt process. so today 04/04/12 i went to the bank and check my Account and 70$ dollars was taken out from my CASH. so im pretty much sure it process and i didnt get the CREDITS. please kindly resolve my prbelm.
