Donation Question

Why is 30 days of Premium 11$, but the donation allowance is 10$? Lol

Is there a way to send a different amount than those listed?

Really am curious. Most private servers have a paypal, or wire transfer, option to send varied amounts to. Being as the only thing I want from the webshop is the Premium, I was hoping to find a way to donate that ammount.
