Donation!!!!!

Is there a way to fix :O Donation with Paypal. Is getting a bit frustrating. Today I try to donate but soon as I try I get this message saying the recepient cant receive funds atm then I get the message saying I can only Donate every 6hrs thats messs up i mean i got the stupid message i cant donate then i have to wait 6hrs to try again. Is there a way you guyz can trace the IP and see what accts do chargebacks and just limit those accts with paypal donations. Im a loyal donater and i havent done a single chargeback :O i just wanna donate for some items I need.

Doesn't matter if your loyal or not, Carl has decided to stop paypal after the Crystal thing and a few people using it to get free items. Nothing you can do about it. And no, I would not use western union at all, trust me on that

then how ppl gonna donate?

 

There is western union, but its risky. Go right ahead if you are willing to risk payment through that.

 

yeah i know i had some bad experiences with wester union. so i wont use that method. i hope they can implement something that checks which ips or accts are making the charge backs and block them. or why not simple just allow 2 paypal transactions per acct per day.

 

Lots of people do it, some to piss off carl, other for free items. Either way, doing the IP tihng is useless since you can change IPs and use proxies etc. Chances are, Carl will have to deal with paypal directly, but for some reason, he seems to have refused to do so. I know you can set up a disclaimer saying after you donate, you can not charge back, etc.

well i dunno if the trouble i had is fix i mean if the receipient for payment is able to recieve more payments but hard to check cuz if u try to donate and u get that message then u have to wait 6hrs to try again and see if its working.

 

It won't be working in 6hrs. He won't be able to recieve any money until he sorts out the issues and disputes. so that could be from 1 day to 11 days

this happened to me 4-5 time in a row until it finally worked....
