Donation

Hi I started today to gamezaion nd I wanted to do donation for credits but i tried with visa 2 times and 2 times returned to me main page... after i tried third times and i didnt enter payment screen.. payment screen in like bug but i had order number soo idk what can i do what s solving.. if you can help me thank you (and last one 2 times i tried and it returned to me main screen but no take any money from my card..) Also how can i pay i m not sure for example my card has tr money and system want to rub soo I create rub acc. for buying.. shortly what is problem and how can fix visa payment...
