Donator, Have a Question.

Hey Im a Donator with full mastarius set, i picked the wrong gear and was wondering if I could swap it out for another set of gear, particuarly ABG Gear, any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Need a SS of ur history (buy list) of the donate page. then explain the error or the wrong gear who u got.

 

He said that he didn't know that ABG was better than Mastarius at PVP so some1 maybe told him about that and now he want to change all his items.

Make sure he bought it recently (like 1 day ago or something)
otherwise everyone will ask from u to change his gear daily... u know what i mean
"Oh i bought this godstone accidently , can u give me the other one?"

When a person for example decides to play with a new class , he will tell you for example "oh i bought chain accidently , i want leather" mastarius

so he can have items for his new char :3

The truth is that he was a newbie to aion and he didn't know a damn thing about it then he donated and took Mastarius just because it has better stats and didn't knew what pvp deffence/atack was.So now some1 probably told him that he should spend his credits on Abg not on Mastarius so here we are.

 

Here is my history.(yes I bought the gear when i first joined the server) and the reason I got the wrong gear was because when I was donating a friend of mine told me to get the mastarius set that it was the best set, which was false information.

 

lol honestly, this was your own fault so... giving you different items probably won't happen.
At the other end of the specter, I understand where you're coming from as you're spending real money on this server and want your money's worth.

Don't make more problems for this, he only want help because is new and bought the set for a wrong partner info, so stop making post like "yeah you are newbie and is your fault because you don't know about the game and you donate" so what? Think that is $100 not $1... He only need to recieve an answer from Carl/Alente or any Gm, not more problems.
