Donator's item not received after purchase

I purchased Enraged Veille's Spaulders at 9.39pm and the Bear ears headband at 9:41pm on 15th Feb 2011 but when i went in game, I realized that the Enraged Veille's Spauldron was not given to me.




My credits were already deducted for these 2 purchases from 5760 credits to 3260 credits but the Enraged Veille's Spauldron is not in my inventory



After which I had to make another purchase of the Enraged Veille's Spauldron as I had to complete a trade



4.5k Credits was deducted from my account altogether and I had just donated for 5k credits at 9:35pm 15th Feb and I had 5760 credits as of 9:30pm. Now I have only 1260 credits after the 3 purchases and it shows in the 3rd SS that I have only 2 purchases

Please kindly check for me GMs/admins

I would like to request for the 2k credits to be refunded to me as I have already re-purchased the item for a trade

did you try looking on your character's inventory on the user cp? coz the same thing happened to me and i lost alot of items but when you look on your character's inventory on the user cp it still shows that they're still on your character. apparently they're invisible in-game ><

 

I have tried looking in my user cp but it isn't there too. hopefully admins/gms will help me with it =/

Ok i got answer from Bryne.

check the paulron to Misplus, and the bear earhead is missing so you can PM Bryne directly for refund of the earhead..

Only item missing is the Enraged Veille's Spauldron. I have clarified this in my PM to Bryne too
