Don't Forget.

On this day ten years ago, two hijacked airplanes crashed into the WTC, one of America's greatest prides, injecting paranoia of terrorism into people worldwide for decades to come.

Ten years later, with the man in charge dead and plans for reconstruction underway, we have become more positive about our short, peaceful future. But there is one thing we have to remember:

Many innocent lives were lost on that day.

Take a good moment to remember this scar in our history and prevent it from happening again.

I was surprised noone made a thread with 9-11 yet.

 

Heh, went to church today for the first time in months just for today.

 

Technically there was one yesterday, but didn't really count since the guy was just blabbing nonsense.

 

I just checked, yeah.
Either ways, the quote you got is worth a thousand times more already.
Also, I had an uncle who was involved in the disaster.

 

I never really understood 9/11 since I moved to the USA a few years after it happened I was never told about it never saw news about it until I was told about it in elementary school over here in Vegas what happened that day really is horrible many innocent lives were lost and just like other times in history where innocent lives were lost we can't forget that it happened.

 

I appreciate this is an emotional issue for some however it is not a subject we will be discussing on Gamez, the subject is far far too sensitive both from an emotional standpoint and a political one.

The opportunities for trolling, heated debate and generally unpleasant conversation are too great and the subject matter is largely inappropriate for a family friendly forum.
