I am playing a gunner in NA and yes, its very hard to kill. I am still lvling but I have a skill that allows me to effectively never again use a MP potion.
And a spammable skill that takes all the dmg as HP and half of it as MP. Even though pistols dont do THAT much damage, they build a lot of DPS, there are 3 main skills that have the CD linked, but you have 2 skills that allows you to do a "reload" and nullify the CD of those skills, and each of those skills have repeatable links that can pretty much eat a mob 75% of its HP bar in a row (I am using gold shadertouched gear). There is also an skill that puts you 20mt away of the target while shooting, plus grenades with roots states, and the infamous 18s stigma silence "quieting gale". And an all seeing eye that works against Advanced Stealth people, the animation is cool though.

I am guessing that this will last little, most likely future updates will deal with this because is not well balanced at the moment. Is a fun class to play though.
And yes, the only thing that I cant deal with easily are the bards. No idea how those work though.

All in all, 4.0 will come here regardless there is no point for them in not doing it.

I really dont see how a gunner will kill my templar, but i might be surprised who knows. Though bard does seem ultra powerful.
