    I don't understand the mathematics that this
    I'm VIP, I'm rank 1, he is rank 1
    For 3 time he give just 1 AP
    How this is possible? Can someone teach me the math?

    If you kill someone enough times in a certain time span they'll start to give 1 AP until you take a break. Prevents AP farming between friends and such.
