    Downloaded bdo eu. used launcher gamebd in which the speed does not change and remains 0.02 mb / s
    the speed in the settings changed to 2048 kb / s (it didn't help)
    but now I can not access the settings window (there is no corresponding button like in the screenshots that I saw on the forum in similar problems)

    The download is slow due to lack of seeds. As for the settings button, you will have access as soon as the download is finished.
