downloading client already 100% but cannot start

hello I'm new here,
and I really need help and guidance,
so I downloaded the client few days ago, and it was updating up to 30%++
but today when i open my PC, run the launcher, apparently the launcher is updating to 1.0.6427.19179 version,
but after the launcher updated it says 100% and "ready", i was like "what? how?"
so i pressed start and it didn't do anything, nothing pops out or something like that.
so i guess the client still doesn't fully downloaded, i check the file size it's 21 GB+ (is that the correct size? for a full client?)
i need help how do I resume my download? or how to fix the launcher/client?

Black Desert Online folder size should be 51.3GB. Unfortunately there is no option to resume your download through our launcher, however, if you wish to download the client all over again, go to your Black Desert Online folder and delete 'version.dat'. Launch your gamez launcher and let it download.
