    Aion Rainmeter, is not harmful to your system, let your antivirus let it install by allowing it through the firewall or disable it install and then allow it after it warns about the program. It's the best out there and prolly the only worth checking out. For any other? Those are probably viruses.

    You could always disable your Firewall. Download, install it and then re-enable the firewall. Worked for me
