Well it looks like we don't need to hide the real reason dranzell got demoted as you are showing it quite well. You were on staff for what, two weeks... You don't know how it really works here. You just think you do.

Now about your " people don't get older, they have older comments" bit.... You can't classify yourself as one who as older comments if you can't control your mouth.

You know there is this saying that says that "it's better to keep quiet then to open your mouth and look like a fool.." Just can't remember who said it.

I have decided to help Carl in picking new staff members by looking into them more.. I created a spreadsheet... Hopefully he lets me help him out... as well as ALente help him out, and pick new staff.

Now I know who you are talking about, please be nice. Nobodies perfect.
