Dream horse with all trash skills

I bought a Pegasus, trained it to lv 30 but it has none of the good skills (instant excel, sprint, drift,...). I wonder if a GM could help me with that please?

 

just use pearls to do reskill is all RNG, you can get all the skills you like within a few hous of pearls

 

Next time you train a T9, remember to reroll "Courser's Spirit" into another skill (preferably the rarer skills) every time your T9 learns it - which is pretty much almost every level. That skill is reportedly bugged and prevents additional skills from being learnt.
