Dual Client on battlegrounds.

Hey everyone, just as the tittle says, we have a problem with Asmos/Elyos who dual client to win battlegrounds. Today I when I played guardian (asmo) I had in my party low level people (obviously not geared) or simply assasins that went hide in the first second of the teleport (so you cant add them to the pt) and stayed hide during the whole fight. I managed to record the second game I had to report the glad that was duel clienting (im not posting anything in here so I can get his ass banned or at least warned).
The reason on why I made this post is to ask the staff member to tell me exactly what type of information do I need to report these people. They ruin the game by making the affected party have 1 less team member and make the enemy pt gain free DP.

As soon as you find something suspicious players in battlegrounds, don't hesitate to PM a staff member and they will investigate the player for you. I always PM a staff whenever I saw one and they get an action on it immediately. I always PM @Noyah.

 

My .gmlist thingy does not work anymore so I cant do that, lol.

 

I do pm them here in forum when it comes to that matter with this format. If you don't see any staff online, at least try to leave them a message, it's worth to try.

Sometimes video or screenshots are not enough to prove it, so they'll investigate it for you to make a strong proof of it.

 

Not trying to sound rude or mean or anything like that, but like, I do know everything of that, the problem is that I want to know what proof do I exactly need to report a dual client abuser. If I do the screenshot way, what exactly do I have to screenshot? Or if I record it, what do I have to record? For ex. Do I record how the guy goes without any buff/scrolls into the middle of the asmo group to get killed? Or do I take screenshots of him sitting afk? Or how do I report a sin that went hide inside the event? This is the reason of this thread.

 

I've been monitoring this battleground for quite some time now. I'm usually around with my SAM even though my status is set to offline.
Video proof of the player leaves the battleground multiple times, stays afk or invisible is more than enough. Since there is no point to deal with alt accounts, Abyss Points & Glory Points bans will be issued to their main accounts instead.
If a player is caught AP or GP trading in ANY sort (Using his/her own alternate characters, or friends, to gain abyss points unfairly).

• AP and GP Removal for ALL persons involved as well as the following.
  • First offense: 7 Day Account Suspension
  • Second offense: 14 Day Account Suspension
  • Third offense: Permanent Ban
