Oh... Wow you've just proven that you can't read...

Check your damn weapon... It says 2.4 in speed with 19% atk speed. 2.4*0.19= 0.4 So it's a change from 2.4 to 2.0 -.- Ontop of that gloves sure it lowers it to 1.8 on top of that they added the atk speed cap of 50% of original weapon speed... So the lowest you could go with a 2.4s bow is 1.2 -.- learn the game mechanics first... -.-

Sins on the other hand I will admit something is definitely wrong there since it increases atk speed instead of stopping at the cap.
