DUMMY TOONS

I am suggesting that GM's should supervise RvR to prevent dummy toons from entering. Or there should be a rank requirement. Or any rule that will not destroy RvR.

 

You know I personally saw this happening, and there are more than one ways to "prevent" people from doing this, and I am going to make it my person agenda to ensure people refrain from attempting, nay, thinking of even doing this. It's pretty horrible, and it's a form of cheating to be pretty honest.
