Dye Color Bug From Chobitz

Asmoplay said that I will post my problem here in forum since GM Chobitz is not answering in my whisper and Email in game.

Yesterday Chobitz open Dye shop in heiron.
I try to buy
12pcs Hotpink,
12pcs true balck,
12pcs true white,
5pcs true red.
When I press BUY Igot disconnected on server and client crash. When I log in my character.
check inventory i got
17pcs. Musturd,
12pcs true black,
12 rich purple.

I repurchase again to see if the color will change again.
click 1hotpink, 6pcs true black, 4red the click BUY.

again 1hotpink add 1 musturd in my inventory.
6pcs black is ok.
red is ok.

What I want is 18pcs. Hotpink not 18pcs Musturd.
and 12pcs true white not 12pcs rich purple.

I pm Chobitz to tell my problem but I didnt get any reply from him.

Hope GM can help me regarding this problem.
Please let me know what solution you can give to me.

its my dye's fault :'(
lots of players bought a lot of dyes from me
and ur the only one who's dyes got bugged..

/w me ill give ur dyes..
